Close proximity parking is available with 900 parking spaces located within parking stations and approximately 400 off-street spaces all within a few minutes walking distance to the venue.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES


Barrier free entry into the Centre from the Crown and Harbour Street entrances is available at the WIN Sports and Entertainment Centres ( WSEC) for our guests with a disability. Limited reserved accessible car parking spaces are available within the WEC car park area and in Quilkey Place.

An elevator is located opposite door 4 which is situated to the left as you enter the Crown and Harbour Street entrance.

Accessible toilets are available on the main seating entry level as well as on Level 1. The Centre has an assistive listening system.

The Hearing Loop is a venue service that applies to the WEC auditorium only, providing hearing impaired patrons, who are attending concerts, seminars and conferences etc. an amplified signal through their personal hearing aids. This service is available only with prior notice to WSEC operations staff at the venue.

Accessible car parking spaces and wheelchair seating space is limited and must be reserved PRIOR to attending events at the WSEC. Bookings for the Hearing Loop service, disability seating for most shows, and accessible car parking can be reserved by contacting the WEC Ticketek Box Office between Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.  Their contact telephone number is 02 4220 2884.
