WIN ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE


WIN Entertainment CentreThe WIN Sports and Entertainment Centres comprises the WIN Entertainment Centre (WEC)  and the WIN Stadium.

The WIN  Entertainment Centre (WEC) includes the Main Auditorium,  Premiers Room Function Centre and venue Foyers.  A Foreshore Plaza is adjacent to the eastern end of the Centre and is overlooked by the Five Islands Brewing Company and its 14 metre wide terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining.

Seating a maximum of 6,000 pax in tiered theatre style seating, the Main Auditorium has the flexibility to be reduced to small configurations and is ideal for hosting reduced mode concerts, dinners of 300 pax+, or for hosting conference on one side of a dividing curtain and catered events or exhibitions on the other.

A modular concert and presentation stage, quality PA system, TV quality lighting, first-class kitchen and catering facilities and, a location "second to none", complete the picture for this world class facility.

A bus drop-off bay suitable for five (5) buses at any one time, an easy walk from hotels, rail transport, the City Centre and shops, and its proximity to Lang Park and City Beach (both of which are only twenty paces away!) make it a facility which is accessible and a joy to attend.

The Centre is well equipped with disabled seating areas, lifts and ramps (where necessary) has a hearing loop facility and disabled parking can be easily arranged.

The Venue Hire Fee includes:We'll TURN IT ON For You!

  • Preparation of Venue
  • Basic Event Stage
  • Additional Floor Seating
  • Use of Production Office, Media Office, Change Rooms, Green Room
  • Parking at Rear of Centre for Performers or Organisers (limited)

In addition, the Hirer is required to pay for the following additional Venue and Production Costs as required:

  • PA and Lighting Equipment
  • Audio Technicians and Operational Staff
  • Riggers and Loaders
  • Use of Boom Hoist Installation and Removal of Curtain Back Drop
  • Security, Crowd Control or Ushering Staff
  • Cleaning including Post-Event Auditorium Cleaning and Waste Removal
  • Telephone Calls and Fax Charges
  • Backstage Catering

* WIN Entertainment Centre Hire Fee and associated costs are available from the WEC Management Office.
