Permanent Staff
The WSEC has a permanent staff compliment of 14 persons, who are
responsible to the Wollongong Sportsground Trust for the management,
maintenance, operations and marketing of the venues. These
positions are:

Trainee Venue Officer (Indigenous Traineeship)
Corporate Services
Manager - Corporate Services
Accounts/ Administration Officer (p/t)
Business Development & Marketing
Manager - Business Development & Marketing
Events & Marketing Officer (p/t)

Manager - Operations & Facilities
Venue Services Co-ordinator
Operations Supervisor
Grounds Supervisor
Groundsman
Grounds Assistant
Day Cleaner (p/t)

Casual Staff
In addition to the permanent staff, the WSEC has casual pools of
employees in the following areas, to assist in the hosting of events:
- Operations Staff
- Ushers
- Cleaners
- Security Officers
- Secretarial/ Administration (Relieving Office Positions)
