AUDIO VISUAL


The WIN  Entertainment Centre offers a high-end AV, technical and staging service in-house, delivered by national AV group Scene Change.

Scene Change offers vision, lighting, sound and staging technology specifically chosen to suit the WEC and its clients’ needs. Your event will be installed and operated by a team that has worked at the WEC for many years, and knows every detail of the venue.

The following Projection, Audio and Lighting Packages are a quick reference guide to standard equipment often used in Premiers Room Function Centre, and can accommodate the varying technical needs of our clients, from budget meetings to high end corporate events.

PROJECTION  PACKAGES


PROPAC 1.  Suitable for small meetings - Self operated                                     COST $ 225 plus GST

Inclusions: Hitachi or Panasonic 2000 ansi lumen Data Projector (suitable for PowerPoint or PC video playback); set on clothed table and ready for connection to your laptop; 6’ Tripod Screen;10m computer cable and power leads.

PROPAC 2.  Suitable for med sized meetings up to 50 pax – Self operated      COST $500 plus GST

 Inclusions: Panasonic 3500 ansi lumen Data Projector (suitable for PowerPoint and video presentations), set on clothed table and ready for connection to your laptop; 8x6 foot Stumpfl screen (including full black velveteen drape surround kit) with front projection screen surface.

PROPAC 3.  Suitable for large sized meetings 50 or more pax                            COST $700 plus GST

Inclusions: Panasonic 5600 ansi lumen projector (suitable for professional Powerpoint and video presentations, set either rear or front projection; desk or ceiling mount projection; 8 x 6 foot stumpfi screen (including full black velveteen drape surround kit) with front projection screen surface. Note: Operator may be required, see ADDITIONS.

AUDIOPACK 3.  Professional range for 60-500 pax                                                 COST $450 plus GST

Includes: 2 x speaker Meyer UPJ stereo package 600 watts; Soundcraft 16FX mixer; speaker stand x 2; Mic stand with SM58 Mic; CD player; Graphic Equalizer for up to 250 pax. (See Additions for a speaker package for over 250 pax)
