ACCOMMODATION

Wollongong has a variety of accommodation properties with a number of new properties currently undergoing construction. Seven hundred (700) accommodation rooms are located within walking distance of the WIN Entertainment Centre and these range from budget accommodation to four star (4) hotels. This includes the Novotel Wollongong, Rydges Wollongong, Ibis Wollongong, the recently opened Medina Apartments and the new Mantra Hotel which is due to open in August 2008.  In addition, a further 1,000 rooms are also located within a short drive of the central business district.

The accommodation consists of double rooms, twin rooms and one (1) and two (2) bedroom apartments.  By comparison, rates are surprisingly low compared to those charges in capital cities.

The WIN Entertainment Centre has a series of preferred accommodation providers who offer conference delegates discounted rates. These properties are marked below with an asterisk (*), however, please enquire of this service when coordinating your accommodation.  Rates are correct as at
